Got the miso ramen with fried tofu, dumplings, karaage, and bao bites for dessert . 🥳 Love that the tofu is fried without a batter because it would just get soggy in the soup. Also greatly appreciate the chili oil and pickled peppers and garlic on the side, great additions!! The dumplings honestly were not my favorite but I would highly recommend the karaage. Been here several times and have had great experiences. There has always been available seating, and the window counter makes for good people watching. Portion sizes are good as well for the bowls, I typically leave with a Togo container of soup for later. One complaint: the bathroom door did not lock or stay shut properly. This didn’t impact my visit enough to negate the overwhelming positive experience, but it is something it would be nice to see improved upon.
