This location needs new management or something. How do you run out of chicken? THEN not even say anything about it till I start to order. Then say oh we can’t make that cause we don’t have enough chicken. That should be the 1st thing she is telling people. Not to mention the food I did get was awful. Waste of $35.

Always had a sloooow Drive thru which is must Faster. Employees always seemed Stressed as in there arent Enough of them Hated ropa vieja quesadilla Soggy, dripping wet, bad Flavor combo. Caesar salad was fine Guac not good half old And dark green, other half fresher Plantains completely burnt $20 I'll spend elsewhere in the future Place is slipping badly

They never miss a beat to make sure you know that they are very much ignoring and could not care less to give you the simple respect of greeting you for coming in. As a doordasher do not expect to be treated with any kind of customer service or respect or courtesy. These women are so disrespectful every single time that I come here that as of today I am boycotting them. When I come to this I am literally ignored until I speak up on top of that. These women will bag the food order up right in front of me and then just walk off. The females behind the kitchen act like they don't know anything and when I confronted the situation the girl from behind the kitchen blamed some random coworker that wasnt even in the room when all of this went down. I definitely do not deserve this kind of treatment but yall deserve a call to the manager or corporate which I will be doing. Looks like they dont open til 830 tomorrow morning.
