However, this time I witness Lydia, the manager, being super patient and pleasant with what looked like a very new employee. It was very nice to see ! She said that it was being discontinued, plus they were out of tostones anyway. She asked another girl to verify if they were out, to which she said that they were. Oh well then, or so I thought. Opted for some chicken all-the-way tropichops (2). While waiting for the food, the 2nd girl who said there we no tostones left, pulled out 2 bags of tostones and split about 7-8 of them (frozen). Aha, I thought you were out??? I did not make a big deal or say anything at all, but i thought it was shoddy customer service. I asked for yellow rice in my tropichops and unfortunately, some of it was undercooked (slightly crunchy).
