Almost every time I order from here, something is wrong or the food is dry and cold. I decided to give it one final chance and went inside this time. My Tropichop bowl sat out for about 20 minutes before the rest of the ingredients were added. I could also hear employees arguing in the back, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. The manager did remake my bowl, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the meat was still dry. I really enjoy Pollo Tropical, but this location seriously needs to improve its food quality, consistency, and overall professionalism.

I ask the cashier and she starts a refund. Then asks me what side I want. I say plantains. She said you can’t get that side for $1.50 I said ok I still want that. Maybe just maybe she could have just said that when I questioned it. They had to refund my card and recharge it. Then I get home get my food out and the Chimichurri sauce for my steak is missing. Just very poor service. I gave two stars only because the manager was nice and I could see he was just as frustrated with this cashier. Won’t go back.
