Last visit was a mess in the workplace like hurricane passed. Learn how to "clean as you go" thats the saying in the kitchen. Except being a total mess all over the guy who was adding the food was scared to put the meat in the dish. Chipotle
is good but can be poor at times.

At least the food was good, but I am really pissed off at how I was treated at the store today. They forgot to put a burrito in the bag and instead of saying I’m sorry they said we don’t have that burrito anymore. You didn’t come back to the store so we just threw it away…what? I’m not gonna eat a burrito from an hour and a half ago so you should be making me a new one, and there was no apology. When you forget to put food in a customers bag you say you’re sorry. It’s Just bad customer service all around and a bunch of kids with no manners running the joint. Other employees playing disappearing acts. Just chaos

100% agree with the previous reviewers. The staff here are relatively friendly but whoever is in charge of making sure items are stocked, forecasting, etc. needs to be fired immediately. This is the worst Chipotle in terms of consistency I’ve ever been to in my life. We used to eat here all the time, went to give it a try, and left before ordering because they were out of the Chicken Al Pastor (you know, the one Chipotle is promoting) and guac and it’s not even 8pm? The manager needs to be promoted to customer.

This really gotta be the worst chipotle ever. I mean chipotles all across America are tanking bad. But this one is spearheading the charge. Here you’ll wait a long time for no one to help you to pay for food that looks dirty and gross. The rice and meat is crunchy and suspicious as mess. And the folks pretty rude. Good look out there folks. Go to Moes or firehouse. They handed my wife a “quesadilla” once and it was just a tortilla wrapped in foil. No cheese. The chick at the window look at me and say “oh I didn’t make that” and I looked at her and said that’s the problem - nobody did.

This location has slowly gone down hill over the past year. We've frequented this location for a long time and it used to be well staffed and well managed, this is no longer the case. Its now consistently behind, rude slow employees, and sub par food. I waited 30 minutes in line to pick up my online order last night, when I left there were 12 cars in line in the drive thru. The girl working the pick up lane could have cared less. Who ever manages this location needs to hit the reset button, not good.
