- TBTerrey B.Dec 22, 20251.0this is absolutely the worst chipotle every! from a former chipotle service manager this store was the worst i’ve ever been in. they had no food on the line. out of brown rice, fajitas, no carne asada, and the steak was so dry. they had no dressing neither. I dont understand how you’re out of so much things at 5pm knowing you’re open for 6 more hours. they made no effort to try and satisfy us. dressing takes less then 3 mins to make honestly but they just did not care. I would have not mind not having dressing if the food at least looked better. but everything was dried out. I literally had to travel 10 mins to another chipotle to get fresh meat and dressing and that chipotle was so clean and everything looked amazing food wise. customer service was a lot better. I will not be going back to this chipotle ever again. yall should hire people that actually care and want to serve people.

The staff always seem confused and do not communicate with customers at all. This is the 4th time! I have had to walk out because there was a line wrapped around and all the employees were just making drive thru orders or walking back and forth ignoring everyone standing in line. There’s no reason that 6pm on a Friday night they shouldn’t have food prepped and ready for a dinner rush. Even then the least the staff could do is give everyone in line some kind of estimated time for when the food will be ready. I’m finding myself driving across town to the other chipotle because their customer service is better and there is decent flow. Even when food is running low
