    I ordered from the app to pick up in the chipotle-lane today, and I understand that ordering at 10 PM can be stressful for the workers, and I appreciate the effort that goes into working late-night shifts. However, my experience was still very disappointing because my order was completely wrong and I was given the opposite of what I specifically asked for. I try to be understanding when mistakes happen, but the amount of errors with my order was just frustrating and completely unacceptable.

    Food dry and overcooked. Rice was crunchy from sitting and protein was dry. Horrible portions. Thought this would have been better since it is brand new. Disappointing as i enjoy Chipotle in its prime.

    A very good location foodwise. Service was good and bathrooms were clean. Tables were dirty but that seems common everywhere now.

    New girl didn't know what she was doing and no one was helping her. Smallest portions ever at a Chipotle. Steak was dry. Tables were dirty. We gave this location a week or 2 to get their act together, but it was very disappointing. We came at dinnertime, so it should be very busy, but I now know why it's not.
