  The drive thru is very improved. We got everything very quickly. The diet coke float didn't really have a diet coke flavor, but it was still quite good. The cookies and cream milkshake also was very good

  One of the worst drivers in Melbourne this chick filet, really screwed up when they remodeled. You gotta get your food. You wait in line behind other cars. You know, drive through it sucks.

  MMMMMMM I LOVE ME SOME CHICK-FIL-A. Im too basic for this shit i always get chicken sandwich with pepper jack and no pickles, i PROMISE its so good. Gives a little spice to that chicken and MMMMMMMMMMMM

  Honestly, this is one of the most subpar Chick-fil-A locations I’ve been to. I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but it always seems to be the same outcome. Ever since the reopening, the timeliness and overall efficiency have really gone downhill. I understand this is a busy location, but waiting 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal while dining in—especially on a Monday around 1:30 PM—is pretty unacceptable. That shouldn’t be the norm for a place known for fast and efficient service. The only reason I’m not giving this one star is because the staff is consistently friendly and polite, which I do appreciate. That said, management really needs to step up and address these ongoing issues, because the current experience doesn’t reflect the standard people expect from Chick-fil-A.   I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt since it reopened, but unfortunately tonight confirmed that I won’t be returning unless I have a lot of extra time to spare. I placed a mobile order before leaving my house (I live about 2 miles away). When I arrived, I checked in to my parking spot and was given an estimated wait time of 7–12 minutes at 7:19 PM. I didn’t receive my food until 7:40 PM—over 20 minutes later. During that time, I watched multiple cars pull in after me, receive their food, and leave. I also saw several people park, go inside, order, and leave before my order was even brought out. My order was very simple—a Cool Wrap and a kids meal—so it’s hard to understand the delay, especially when others were clearly being served faster. I understand that things can get busy, but the inconsistency and lack of order prioritization were frustrating. I hope this location can improve its mobile order process, as this experience was disappointing.
