M.Nov 17, 20251.0Hoy noviembre 17 al rededor de las 2:30 fui y la señora Ariel y me tomó la orden yo le ordené el especial de ropa vieja con arroz y frijoles y ella me cobró todo por separado y cuando le pedí el recibo y vi que me estaba cobrando de más le dije que por favor revisara mi orden y la cambiara que yo le había ordenado el plato del especial ella se puso furioso y fue muy ruda me miró muy feo llamó a la manager pero de mala gana se fue hablando entre dientes y un señor Ibraian caminaba hablaba con ella y me miraban feo como intimidante y todos los otros empleados siguiéndole la grosería y mirándome mal diciéndose unos a otros que que ya no soportaban a los clientes y la manager mirando todo ella se disculpó pero como que los empleados no la respetan, yo le dije que se me hacía muy mal que lo trataran a uno así y que no era un big deal el que la señora cancelara la orden y cobrar nuevamente. En fin la ÚNICA que fue muy formal y me colaboró con mi orden fue la señora JAQUELINE ella se disculpó en nombre de todos y me dio mi servicio muy amable. Ella es la única en ese lugar que atiende con gusto a los clientes ojalá y el restaurante la tenga en cuenta. Yo ya no vuelvo a pesar que la comida si estaba rica .o si van pregunten por JAQUELINE 💙

I got horrific food poisoning here and had to seek medical attention after which pollo tropical refused to reimburse me for, and refused to refund me as well. I was vomiting for hours and thought I was gonna die.

The woman who took our order was very nice and when we got the window, Bryan was very helpful and brought our food to the car when It was ready.
