    Waited about 15 minutes inside for my order (chicken nuggets , and fries meal a baconator meal with cheese fries ). Slow service and the order was not correct . Asked for no Mayo there was Mayo. Customer service is also lacking , they were annoyed I asked to see if it can be remade with mayo. The receipt even showed no mayo.

    I went through to get a 6 piece spicy nugget and instead I received a 6 piece regular nugget that looked like it had barely been cooked along with a piece of charred fry. When I called to address what happened the lady who answered paused for like a minute and then just said “I’m sorry do you wanna come through for a redo” which did not sound apologetic at all. I then proceeded to tell her no because that’s the point of a drive-through is to get the food and leave so I was already home and then I continue to ask her how a burnt fry ended up in a bag with my nuggets when I did not order fries and she just said “ummmm what?” So unprofessional, they need to have people with communication skill on the phone and the food contamination is just gross.

    We accidentally ordered spicy chicken, spoke to the manager, Mr. Stanley. He corrected our order at no charge. Awesome customer service!!

    Worst Wendy's ever. I've been there about 5 times at the request of my son and each time the order has been wrong. Everytime through the drive thru forces me to walk in to correct my order, which now I don't even use the drive through. Today they completely forgot to give me my sandwich. I'll be going out of my way to another Wendy's from now on.
