  worst McDonald’s I have ever been to!!! every single time I go whether drive thru or in store, something, usually MULTIPLE items missing. no one has service skills here by any means even the basics. I guess I can say the food is typically hit and fresh which is why they get two stars instead of 1. I wish fast food was anything like it used to be. ACCURACY MATTERS! KINDNESS MATTERS! I will keep coming back here and making sure I get my missing items when I receive my order so maybe someone learns. managers nowhere to be seen, in fact the employees are nowhere to be seen except yelling at each other in the kitchen. not to mention the lobby is disgustingly. just a disaster in here truly.

  I enjoy coming and dinning inside. Its mostly quite. Food is prompt and fresh. Always clean in the dinning area. Only negative comment from my last visit 4/3/26 during lunch . (Glass not sold here, it is mine) (1) food was brought to the table without a straw and didnt asked if I needed ketchup like they normally do. Guess they spoiled me before.😊 (2) somone in the kitchen yelling at another employee "why are you taking out trash when you have chicken nuggets to make" she was so loud, It startled me bc it had been quite til then. But neither incidents will keep me from returning. If she was a team lead /manager, yelling out somone that loud is inappropriate and in front of customers.

  I am not one to usually complain, but with the prices of everything going up, treating our kids to a happy meal is a rare occurrence. Both happy meals we asked for double fry, and they were much less than half full. Feeling very much like a rip off and both kids were not happy.

  When did medium fries become this small? Why aren’t you filling them properly? Maybe it’s time to start weighing them if you can’t portion them correctly?! the fries cost a fortune, and they only fill half the box.

  My wife, who is Asian, ordered at this location and the staff asked her three separate times what her name was and how to pronounce it. It quickly became clear that they weren’t asking out of genuine curiosity or to be helpful—it was obvious the girl was making fun of her. She didn’t realize what was happening in the moment, but being from here I did. I have used the McDonald’s app many times to order food, and not once has anyone asked or used my name. The sudden focus on hers made the situation stand out immediately. It was uncomfortable and came across as disrespectful. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, and this experience fell far short of that.
