  I visit the Jimmy John’s on Bruce B Downs in Wesley Chapel/Tampa about once a week. The staff member named Alexis always takes great care of me. She remembers my order and greets me by name whenever I visit. I’m always out running errands and she makes my visit pleasant with her warmth and friendliness. Just wanted to give her a quick Atta Girl, because she deserves it.

  I don’t usually go to this Jimmy John’s, but Tyler made the experience great. He made my sandwich perfectly and took the time to actually talk with me while he was working. He even explained how they make the subs there, which was really cool and made the visit feel more personal. Great customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back because of him.
