Americanized Indian food that isn't a spicy nor as flavorful as authentic. Servers and hostesses aren't very experienced but are polite. They didn't record an item we ordered and ask the food they did record came ity at once. But the time we finished our samosa appetizers (they were very good but the doing sauce was presented in a way that required double dipping and there was not enough of the sauce), the main dishes were cold. The main dishes were served in beautiful wooden bowls but they did not retain heat at all. That seems to be what this place is about. Style over substance. Everything has their name and logo imprinted on it. Fancy menu designsthat confuse instead of assist. Tall thin drink glasses (with their logo etched on them) that aren't conducive to drinking. This type of Americanized Indian food might be fine for many. But if you've smoked and enjoyed true, authentic Indian food and style, this place will leave you unsatisfied.

The food was wonderful. The spring rolls were the best ive found in the area. I had the curry Thai chicken. Very authentic. We also had the Mongolian beef. It is a bit pricey for dinner menu. Ill try for the lunch menu next time.

I enjoyed my initial experience here, but this most recent visit was disappointing. I ordered a dish, received the wrong item, and instead of making an effort to correct it, they said it was the right item and left. We have ordered this dish multiple times before, the ingredients are listed in the menu, and what received matched a completely different item. It felt as though we were being gas lit so we didn’t have to be given the right order. The fried rice was severely bland, didn’t have much flavor difference from the white rice. The service was just not very good. I likely won’t return.

Stopped by Inchin’s Bamboo Garden and ended up having a really enjoyable meal. We tried a few different dishes and each one had its own standout flavor. The Chili Mustard Paneer was a surprise favorite—crispy on the outside with a bold mustard kick that made it really flavorful. The Shrimp Pepper Salt was also excellent, perfectly cooked and seasoned with that simple but addictive salt, pepper, and onion combination. We also ordered the Tandoori Momos, which were juicy inside and had a nice smoky tandoori flavor on the outside. They made for a great appetizer to start the meal. The service was warm and welcoming, and the restaurant has a clean, modern atmosphere. Overall a really pleasant dining experience and definitely a spot we’d happily visit again.

We’re visiting from Dallas (a city with incredible Indian and Indo-Chinese food), so we had pretty high expectations. Inchin’s Bamboo Garden definitely lived up to them. The Kuchow Chicken and Curry Leaf fried rice dishes were excellent. They had great wok flavor, balanced spice, and generous portions. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Service was friendly, the restaurant was clean and modern, and the overall experience was fantastic. If you’re craving good Indo-Chinese food in the Wesley Chapel area, this place is absolutely worth visiting.
