    I was hesitant to try this Wendy’s because of the initial lower reviews probably related to start up pains. But I’m glad I tried them one morning in their drive-through. Literally think it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had from any fast food chain ever. Real egg and it was really good. I’ll have to get their other stuff a try down the road.

    Extremely disappointed with this new Wendy’s. 🥺 Bread was stale, nuggets were dry, fries were cold & soggy & they forgot the frosty with the order. Went back to pick it up & it was melted. Definitely wish I would have checked reviews beforehand. Save yourself the trip & don’t waste your time.

    Today is 2/18/26... I just purchased breakfast this morning at 7:14 am. I'd have to say, with all the bad reviews I have to give these workers justice by giving my input. Customer service was great. The cashier at the drive thru was very kind and respectful. She let me know why there was a hold up and apologized for the wait-- understandable because my meal is being made fresh! There was a man outside doing some maintenance and he greeted me a good morning with a big smile. Keep up the good work!

    Been here multiple times, hoping I am just catching people in a bad mood… nope. Never fails to impress me how every single person at the window has 0 customer service, and all I’m asking for is the decency to hand me everything I paid for. I understand mistakes happen but 5/5 rude responses, walking away assuming I’ve received everything, leaving the window basically throwing the food at me… at this point I’d rather any other establishment.

    Terribly managed. Managers will look at you waiting at pickup and walk away. Took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the pickup window for an order already placed. Then an employee told me we're busy, you should probably just leave. Multiple employees just standing around. After speaking to the first employee, it took another 10 minutes for someone to ask if I have been helped. To then wait another 10 minutes to pick up an order that was already placed almost 30 minutes prior. Worst part was I watched the order be placed in the window 5 minutes before it was handed to me because noone would come to the window to help me. This is a store with a pickup window outside of the store for online orders also.
