  Customer service was so rude. I placed on online order and when I went to pick it up they had given me the wrong drink so I had said I was gonna grab the right one and she insisted on arguing saying no I needed to pay more money. I pulled up my online order and showed her what I ordered and told me to just grab it but next time I need to pay $.50 for the difference . She just had a nasty attitude from the start and seeing all the reviews this obviously isn’t the first time

  Probably the skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever been given from subway. Both me and my sister ordered the 6” Chicken bacon ranch, and were given a half a piece of bacon on each sandwich. Barely any chicken, had to ask multiple times for more toppings as the employee would put the least amount they could. Definitely recommend going to a different location.

  I usually like Subway, but this location really needs attention from corporate. There’s typically only one person working the entire store — taking orders, making sandwiches, running the register, cleaning, everything. Every time I’ve gone, it’s been a 20+ minute wait for a single sub, which is unbelievable for a fast-food chain. To be clear, this isn’t the worker’s fault. The staff I’ve seen are doing their absolute best under impossible conditions. The issue is understaffing and exploitation — corporate is cutting labor costs at the expense of both customers and employees. If Subway wants to keep its reputation, they need to support their workers and properly staff their stores. People shouldn’t have to wait this long, and employees shouldn’t be left to fend for themselves.
