  I was so busy that I didn't realize I selected pickup instead of delivery...I called and they changed it for me right away and my food was delivered quick! Fantastic food, service and most of all people!

  We always got take out. But on Friday we went to dine in. We were seated and the waitress to our drink order. Bought out two fountain drinks. Said she would be right back. After about 10 minutes I noticed she was working the counter, so we waited and waited. She never came back. I tried to wave and call another server but was ignored. Finally we just got up and left. We ate at another Italian restaurant. I couldn’t believe the bad service. It wasn’t all that busy either. Lots of open tables. Won’t go back there for a long time.

  Been our favorite local pizza place for 2 decades. We’ve enjoyed every order. Family & employees are always so kind.

  Best Margherita pizza me and my wife have had in Wesley Chapel. Asked for well done as well and cooked perfectly! 3yr old crushed most of the personal cheese pizza as well! New go to spot for our family!

  We’ve been living in this area for about 15 years and have been frequent customers of this pizza place for the past 5–8 years. The pizza has always been excellent — great taste, consistently delicious, and the customer service has always been amazing. Unfortunately, during our last two visits (picked up order myself) we found a hair in the pizza. The first time we brushed it off — things happen. However, it happened AGAIN today(male black hair on the cheese topping) when we ordered pizza for a small family gathering, and it was discovered accidentally at the table, which was quite embarrassing. We also noticed that some of not most of staff does not wear hair protection (hats, hair nets, etc.), which may be contributing to the issue. We truly love this place and have supported it for years, so we’re sharing this feedback in hopes it will be taken seriously and addressed, as we would love to continue ordering from here with full confidence.
