Since my phone had died, I also wanted to order a large pizza in-person at the counter. For five full minutes, the employee behind the counter (a lady) completely ignored us—despite me saying “excuse me” multiple times. She didn’t make eye contact, acknowledge our presence, or offer help. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. As a person of brown Indian descent, I couldn’t help but feel this was more than just poor service—it felt like discrimination. Thank you for the “awesome” treatment, Pizza Hut. We won’t be returning.
