  On March 3rd night around 11pm, we came to this place and ordered a BOGO chicken pizza. The girl gave us a vegetarian pizza instead. We told her that we had ordered chicken and showed her our order confirmation. She started arguing with us and said rudely that if we wanted, we could cancel the order, but she would not give us the chicken pizza. We were speaking politely, but she was very rude to us. This is our 2nd time . She didnt gave any toppings we are requested for what we paid

  terrible customer service first time I’ve ever been into any Papa John’s and was charged for a packet of Parmesan cheese. The guy looked at me like I was crazy when I asked him seriously had to break a ten for something you used to get for free..

  They charge an extra 5 cents for a tiny little pack of Parmesan since when do those not come with my $30 single pizza what a joke… pizza have no flavor taste like warm cardboard for their outrageous prices that is unacceptable

  Paul again killed it, his service was amazing and i know my pizza will be good when he’s working
