I opened my order to find a bun, lettuce, and vibes but absolutely no meat. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable and honestly laughable. Quality control is clearly nonexistent. No apology, no refund, nothing. Just a sad sandwich impersonating a burger. Save your money and go somewhere that actually serves the food you order. This place clearly doesn’t care.

We ordered a onion and coconut shrimp as a appetizer. The onion was very greasy and undercooked and the shrimp were small and seemed old. Dinner was steak ribs and Alice springs chicken which all weren't not appetizing to say the least.. the soup was cold, blue cheese dressing tasted like mayo and server seemed like we were bothering him. We had drinks and never offered another and when we didn't really eat much we werent even asked why. We tried to order dessert but we were told we could pay by little computer on table. We had a voucher for a free kids meal that was not even taken off the bill... Over all a 130. Spent and we stopped by Wendy's on the way home.

Oh, and did I mention how we love love their chopped salad. BUT Our son decided he wanted the chicken alfredo pasta. I have to remind myself this is a steakhouse :) it first came out cold as if it was never heated. We sent it back and it was brought back out. To be the right temperature, but unfortunately, the noodles were not cooked all the way. There were several that were clumped together that were, how do you describe tough uncooked. We will stick with Caraba's and Olive Garden for our pastas.
