  Great customer service! When I placed my order, the website didn’t clearly say that delivery was through DoorDash, and my food arrived very late. However, they handled the situation very professionally and made it right. They prepared another order and brought it directly to my house very quickly. I’m very grateful to the manager Cameron and to Henry, who took great care of me and even came to my house with the order!!! . Their efficiency and kindness really made a difference. Thank you!

  Was that outback last night with my wife we ordered our drinks in our appetizer and then then placed our our meal. Server came back to take our order for our steaks. My wife ordered well done as overs and I ordered mine medium plus. My steak came out perfect medium plus food was hot and Good. My wife’s steak came out rare had to send back to the kitchen to redo. It took over 30 minutes to get my wife’s meal back to her. The manager returned with the meal apologize comp meal, but still I voiced our disapproval. It was a special occasion, and we were out together, not separately. This is not the first time this has happened at this restaurant. I’ve tried several on several occasions and it seems to be the same all the time I can assure you that I will not return to this Outback Location. I’ve gone to Brandon branch on many many occasions when it’s very very busy on occasions like New Year’s Eve and never had problems that I get when I gone to This location.

  Took the wife to lunch. Her steak was fine but my burger (ordered medium rare) came out just about raw. Bartender doubling as a server agreed and she ok it back “we’ll make another”. By the time the 2nd one showed up the wife was done with her steak so I requested a go box. Even the onion was very greasy and breading was charred left 1/2 behind. I would have expected that a manager would have stopped at the table and at least offered something off the check based on the above. There are much better $85.00 lunches in Wesley Chapel and surrounding area.

  Birthday disappointment, decided to stop by for my birthday meal. What a disappointment. The first picture is what the meal should have looked like the rest of the pictures are what I really got. The chicken was dry. Didn’t even have a grill marks on there no slight grill char. The chicken was highly over seasoned and very dry. The pasta was dry as well no pasta sauce insight. the pasta noodles were very chewy. The shrimp was undercooked and lukewarm total letdown. also had very little flavor, I took the meal next-door to my hotel room, which is a very short trip too short to have lukewarm to cold foodThe three cheese, artichoke cheese dip wasn’t melted at all, not worth your time not worth the money I paid The strawberry lemonade was horrendous. I don’t know how you can mess that up. I’m a veteran that served my country. I’ve had better MRE meals!!! This is one of those meals where I wish I could get my money back or had it prepared by someone who cared about their customers Oh, and let’s not forget about the handful of overly seasoned chips. Total let down

  The customer service was top notch. Our server Gabby was professional, personable, funny and truly just wanted us to feel comfortable and enjoy our evening, thank you. While there I see a lady whom we assumed was the manager , walking around, greeting customers, helping employees, cleaning tables, doing anything to help her customers and employees. I had to let her know how amazing she was and I found out she is a supervisor, not the manager! She needs to be running this place. She truly is a special person. The smile, and care she just shines with is unlike any other and not seen much these days. Keep being you Miss Sharon!!! Please whomever reads this take care of these ladies, they are wonderful!!!
