  I don’t usually go to this Jimmy John’s, but Tyler made the experience great. He made my sandwich perfectly and took the time to actually talk with me while he was working. He even explained how they make the subs there, which was really cool and made the visit feel more personal. Great customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back because of him.

  Sandwich tasted great. But service was not so freaky fast :/ I havent been to Jimmy John's in years, and it was my first time at this location. Every time I had ever been to a JJ's, and at any location, it was always super fast service. This time, I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for one sandwich that only had one customization (a removed item). There were 2-3 people waiting before me, and then about 4 waiting after me. I think this store is understaffed for how busy it gets
