  First of all I let the sandwich maker know that it was my first time ordering from this shop....order made, totaling $20.99. I told the girl to just put the penny in the change jar. She proceeded to slam the penny into the tip jar like she was slamming a basketball. No, no-I explained this was not meant as her tip. It was for someone who might need an extra penny to pay for their order. I did put my intended tip into the jar. Certainly not a very good impression for the first visit...

  Love jimmy john so much! But this is crazy, spent 2.45ish for a side of potato salad and this is what I get when I open it. Do not charge so much if this is all that will be put in the container. Like I said I love jimmy’s and hope the two times I got the potatoes salad was a fluke.
