Did not realize until I got home so I called the store and asked if they just ran out of croutons or if they just no longer put them in the salad anymore. Gentleman was very apologetic and assured me it would never happen again. Ordered again tonight including a salad and guess what? NO CROUTONS. Again, 3 times in a row. Now I know this doesn't sound like a huge thing like forgetting a whole sandwich from an order but come on get it together. Called again to let the staff know and explained this was the third time but she didn't really seem to care and the apology wasn't very sincere. I don't think we will be going back to this location again, unfortunately.
