What a pity because we like the nova lux sandwich but it's terrible. 🥲 😡
- ZBZera BeckDec 23, 20251.0Definitely not on par with the rest of the Einstein bagels in the area. Bagel is small and flat. Place is dirty. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. There was a least 5 people working. Put someone on cleaning duty.

The kids here don’t know how to make a good sandwich- everything is under cooked even if you ask for well-done, and I end up not being able to eat it because it’s so bad. Normally I like Einstein bagels and was excited to have one in WC
