Most of the time the workers are kind but this morning was horrible. We had asked if they had any holiday donuts and she said no only to find out there were. She repeatedly asked is a super rude tone “anything else” after we politely said hold on a second. And this isn’t the first time they have forgotten multiple items of our order. You’ll have better luck at the dunking on Bruce b downs.

I would only come to this Dunkin’ if I wanted half-filled cups while paying full price. Also, If I ask for light ice, I expect light ice. It shouldn’t be complicated. At this point I’m not sure if the issue is carelessness or simply not paying attention, but it needs to be fixed.

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years now. The service over the last six months has become just atrocious. You stand around for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge you. 10 minutes waiting in line for a coffee is not worth it. They’ve screwed up my order the last two times I’ve been there. I will not be going back there anymore. Whoever the manager is at this location, needs to get their act together. The employees need to be more attentive and practice, active listening.

I’m only putting a five star review so that my review can actually be seen. I’ve been to Manny Dunkin’ Donuts and for some reason this is the only place where you’re gonna sit there for damn near 30 minutes to get your drink or food. I’m not sure why they have a drive-through. It’s not convenient at all. I actually like to get my coffee before I head to work, but because they take forever, I always have to go to the one on Fletcher and trust me The Fletcher one is always busy as well, but their lines go by pretty fast. I’ve never sitting there for more than five minutes. I’m not sure if it’s the workers but they are just extremely slow and I hate going to this location. I can’t wait till they open one closer to my home.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin every so often for the last few months and the food is usually average, but the service is always awful. It’s a horrible experience whether I go through the drive-through or go inside. this morning just really topped the cake when my whole order was wrong and said this was not the coffee I ordered and asked who took my order. They refused to tell me and the lady said I don’t know. they didn’t offer to remake the coffee or ask what it is I wanted. The lady that took my order over the intercom was very rude kept cutting me off and saying what else what else when all I did was order a coffee and a bagel. She acted like I was ordering the whole menu.
