Today I ordered a bagel that turned out burnt asked to replace with a new one without toasting it and they bring me a new one burnt toasted again. Not to mention it took over a half hour for the entire drive thru process.

She repeatedly asked is a super rude tone “anything else” after we politely said hold on a second. And this isn’t the first time they have forgotten multiple items of our order. You’ll have better luck at the dunking on Bruce b downs.
