Not to mention it took over a half hour for the entire drive thru process.

She repeatedly asked is a super rude tone “anything else” after we politely said hold on a second. And this isn’t the first time they have forgotten multiple items of our order. You’ll have better luck at the dunking on Bruce b downs.

At this point I’m not sure if the issue is carelessness or simply not paying attention, but it needs to be fixed.
