Came to get ice cream, sat in a line with 3 other cars for 20 minutes until someone left their car to go and let an employee know there’s cars waiting in the drive through. Absolutely terrible.

Arrived at 9:17pm on Monday, tried to go into lobby. Door locked. Went to drive thru, car waiting in front of me at drive thru speaker waiting to order. Wait ten minutes and the car in-front of me hasn’t been acknowledged yet. Wait another five minutes. Leave with no ice cream and wasted gas. All while the establishment is within operating hours.

service and food quality have been degrading for a long time. last time i ordered, it took 10 minutes to get some food and a blizzard and i was the only person in line at the drive thru.

This is the worst DQ I’ve ever been to. Took Half an hour to get three blizzards. The person that took the order said that They were shortstaffed and it took her forever to make three blizzards. Plus, she even got the order wrong. I will definitely not be going back to that place. They either need to close it down or get new management and staff.
