  After ordering a very large catering order, which we only received a small amount of lettuce, I went in to ask for more, offered to pay a little extra if needed. Then was given a small side bowl of lettuce and charged $10! This was after they all knew I just picked up the very large catering order. A little ridiculous and will not be back for their catering.

  They need their attitudes checked! Every time I go there, I see it. They sling your food and don’t pay attn to the customers like they should. And today they were slow but the counters looked horrible with food everywhere! I wish I would’ve thought to take a picture.

  If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t try to sell a damn taco if you don’t know how to serve it. Got my food all wrapped up on aluminum foil all the tacos are sticking to each other and everything soggy. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at any food establishment. This place is a waste of your money. A hot dog at a gas station is money better spent

  I visited this location during my lunch break and had a very poor experience. Team members appeared to lack basic knowledge about the menu and ordering process. When I expressed concern about the service I was receiving, I did so calmly and without using any profane or inappropriate language. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, a supervisor who I am assuming was the skinny Black male present responded rudely, took the food, and stated that they “have the right to refuse service.” I understand a business’s right to refuse service, nothing in my behavior warranted that response. His response felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer concerns should be handled with professionalism and respect, not hostility.

  can’t stand this chipotle idek why I still come . I go in to chipotle and order a burrito with steak and chicken I ask for double portion of both. the lead at the register tells me it’s $25 for one burrito which doesn’t even add up. they completely over charged me. I got on the app and make the same exact meal and it comes out to $15 mind you the other day I came in for the exact same thing and it was $15. they barley wanted to refund me the right price and told me they would have to remake the burrito just for them to throw it away. And none one knows how to properly fold a burrito one side of the burrito is rice and the other is meat I cant stand some of the workers at this location just terrible customer service. Even the manager that was there that night barely wanted to help they were all just laughing at the situation. this chipotle once again needs to go through another management process bc they still suck. worst chipotle
