- ARAlexandro ReyesDec 15, 20251.0Went to Charley’s yesterday at 3:55pm ordered what I assumed to be a chicken Philly meal and separate order of wings was charged for a sandwich wings and a drink when I returned into the store after seeing I did not have a order of fries the girl at the counter “Jules” I assume as posted on the receipt was very rude and told me I would have to make a new order and pay for that as well when I tried to have my order corrected I was told I didn’t have to come back to this store The store was filthy and ran by children the restroom was disgusting the rugs in front of the restrooms were all pulled up and wrinkled up all over the floor due to a Spill The floors were sticky, and my wife almost fell on the way out of the restroom The wings were burnt I did not receive the proper order so I asked for a full refund and got questioned by all of the staff on why I wanted a refund I am from Philadelphia and Charlie’s so I assumed it was a good place to stop. I would not recommend this facility due to the lack of Cleanliness and respect the staff show customers
