  I placed an order for pickup tonight, scheduled for 4:40. I showed up exactly at that time, and of course my order wasn’t ready. Fine — things happen. But I stood there until 4:50 before anyone finally informed me that they were out of the pretzel appetizer I had already paid for. So not only was my order late, but they didn’t even bother to mention they didn’t have what I ordered until ten minutes after I’d been waiting. They swapped it for something else — not what I wanted — but at that point I was already irritated and didn’t have time to deal with their disorganization. And even after that, my order didn’t come out until 5:05. I made it clear I didn’t have time to waste, yet that clearly didn’t matter to anyone working there. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, I get home and realize the extra sauce I paid for wasn’t even in the bag. Missing items, ridiculous wait time, zero communication, and barely any customers in the restaurant — there is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence. This is the last time I will ever order from this restaurant. Do better.

  So we use to go to BBW all the time in Clearwater- so we live up this way now and stopped in for wings and a drink. Can you believe the bartender served a mixed drink with no ice because the “ice machine broke down and was still catching up” she said I need to go get the ice, took her sweet time to serve a draft beer that she started to pour but went over to chat with other customers. She came back delivering the beer and asked for a food order. I said maybe if I had ice in my drink. She begrudgingly went and got ice. We had our drink and left, we will not be back.

  My partner and I walked in on a Sunday, to a pretty packed house. No one was at the front tons of people were waiting. A young guy comes up says he needs atleast 5 mins to seat people and let's us know that it will be atleast a 15 minute wait (there are TONS OF OPEN TABLES- AND ITS ONLY. 6PM) Oh and they closed down the outside so they wouldn't have to clean the section. Again on a game day on a sunday at. Awing place. This was a HORROBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO TO THIS BDUBS.

  Went last night and after being seated, we ordered drinks, water and appetizers. Never got our waters, took forever to get our drinks and my daughter was the only one who didn't get her drink until I had to ask someone else, mind you it was the wrong drink. Our appetizer came out with the entree, very late so the food was COLD, fries were stale. After paying and leaving the restaurant we saw two other families leave because of the poor service. I am embarrassed that we took our friends from New York on their last night to Buffalo Wild Wings and got terrible service.

  Good heavens. Just when you think these places can’t get any worse. I eat at BWW maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Each time I am reminded why I never want to return. Welp. Here we are. Ordered takeout. Only customer in the building. Was told it would take 15 minutes. It took 20+. Typically when you hear that it will take 15 minutes to complete your very simple order your first thought is usually, “great, they are cooking fresh food”. Not the case. Wings were hours old and room temp. Asked for the balsamic vinaigrette with my salad. Was given Caesar. Caesar smelled rotten so I threw it out. Asked for one of the sauces on the side. No sauce in bag. No Togo silverware in my bag either. No napkins. Just sadness. I fully expect to wake up in an hour or two with this food coming out either one hole or both. The MOD was one of the least welcoming people I’ve ever seen in my life. Didn’t say a word. Looked like he would rather be at home with the diarrhea I am about to have instead of being at work. Which is fine, but as a manager, you gotta bury that nonsense way down deep inside you and then cry when you get home.
