    Honestly for fast food it was a solid experience. Food was good, priced decent and nothing on my order was wrong. As you would expect fast food was ready fast. All in all nice

    I have been going to arbys for years no problems with no managers but Alyssa the manager in Wesley chapel triggered me when I saw and heard how she was speaking to an employee very rude at the cash register in front of customers . And when I asked for a corporate or human resources number to file a complaint she got very nasty and rude. She definitely do not need to be in management acting that way just roll.bsck your cameras and then you can see my point ☝️

    The last 5 times we ordered from here we were missing items, it was put together (cooked) terribly or they were incorrect items, we had to drive back multiple times and we finally learned our lesson and checked our bag before we left. We decided to give it once more chance and it was again a mistake. Not only did we still have missing items, again, but the steak bowl was a joke. In this small container there were at most two spoonfuls of Mac n cheese and FOUR PIECES of this burnt steak. $10 for burnt something I’m assuming steak? Ridiculous, expensive, badly made and of course cold because it took 20 min more than the estimated wait time to make half of the order, the other half was sitting in the bag. We give up, not coming back.
