  The employees were working when they had water dripping from a light ballasts and the light is on. The place is run down and needs some severe upgrading. Basic supplies that the store should have are out and now they have to order it, which means they have to wait longer to replenish these supplies.

  This dunkin does stink . It’s as everyone says. Terrible food and worse service don’t recommend. Can’t make simple adjustments to the drink you’re paying for ridiculous!

  DON'T GET TRAPPED IN THEIR DRIVE THRU. IT GOES BEHIND THE BUILDING AND ONCE YOU ARE IN LINE-THERE IS NO LANE TO EXIT IF NEED TO. WAS TRAPPED IN LINE FOR TWENTY MINUTES. YES. TWENTY MINUTES, JUST FOR A CUP OF COFFEE. THOUGHT MAYBE THEY MUST BE BUSY INSIDE ALSO WITH CUSTOMERS, BUT ONCE I GOT TO THE WINDOW, NOT A CUSTOMER AT THE COUNTER. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY FROM THE CASHIER FOR THE EXTREMELY LONG AND EXCRUCIATING WAIT. I NEEDED TO BE SOMEWHERE! ONCE I FINALLY RECEIVED MY COFFEE AND WAS ON MY WAY BACK ON THE HIGHWAY, I TASTED MY PIPING HOT COFFEE TO DISCOVER IT WAS FLAVORED WITH HAZELNUT CREAMER! I ORDERED REGULAR CREAM. I CAN'T EVEN DRINK THIS CUP OF COFFEE! I HATE FLAVORED COFFEE. I'M DEFINETLY NOT TURNING AROUND. WHAT A BIG FAT DISAPOINTMENT. JUST KNOW-THE DRIVE THRU IS A TRAP!

  I Always stop at this Dunkin when I travel 19/98. Good service. A large mocha ice coffee with cream, makes for a good trip.

  Walked in to get my breakfast and two older women probably in their 40s were talking straight politics. Super loudly too. Pretty frustrating givin in here to get food…
