  1.No one wants honey mustard instead of gravy. 2. Crumbs of 10 strips does not constitute one of my pieces. 3. Fry’s are best at a different temp and texture than the box they’re in. 4. Seriously on the gravy man huge bummer

  the boy taking our order and helping us at the window was very unprofessional, catty and rude. the level of customer service here is really just terrible. the time before they had tried to argue with me saying that i didn’t purchase food i had on my receipt. wouldn’t come here again or recommend it to anybody.

  Im not the type to post and complain, however... This particular location said they couldn't provide service prior to the closing. So even though their site says they close at 10, truth is they closed probably closer to 930. I would have zero complaints if they didn't have their hours posted as 10pm. If you want to close earlier than change your hours and allow customers the opportunity to avoid wasting our time.

  I typically have great service and applauded a young man at the window about 30 minutes ago about great speaking customer service skills. However, when I arrived at my destination, I discovered my onion rings I paid an extra fee for weren't upgraded from fried. But when I called to the store , a young lady whose voice I recognized slammed the phone in my face when I spoke of the mistake made. She needs more training to be respectful like the young man was who accepted my order. Ty much.

  SOS to this location, I live and work in Wesley chapel & with it being the only Dairy Queen in Wesley chapel you would think that their customer service and quality of food would ATLEAST be decent well you’re wrongly mistaken the staff here especially the manager are horrible they need more training to say the least I frequent this location cause I love Dairy Queen’s blizzards and their tenders but everytime coming here it’s a hassle the manager if you come during the day wether it’s drive through or dine in her customer service is horrible going through the drive -thru everytime you say something it’s “anything else , anything else “ they tell you not to say that even with their being a drive thru time above your head you do not rush customers evening time middle of the day good luck getting someone to answer you in the drive through it’s happened on multiple occasions with today being one of them 2/28 @ 1:20 I pull up customer waiting in drive thru we wait for 5 mins then they pulled around went inside to get served I waited another 5 mins at the spreader even said “hello” with nothing no response (3 cars went through with no response) even being short staffed (if they are) you should still say I’ll Be right with you going there at night for a blizzard sometimes you get the correct blizzard most times you don’t if their made with the filing on the inside forget about it you’re not getting it made correctly the place is a joke when it comes to Dairy Queen but it’s the only one around and it needs fixing some help something hopefully this reaches someone who cares and not just laugh and joke about it .
