  This location is dirty!! They don’t clean the counter line, don’t wear hairnets nor avoid getting hair into customers food. One of the employees was unprofessionally live on TikTok while working, food all over the counter, talking right above the food, and swinging her long ponytail into the rice and beans, this is not only unprofessional but disgusting considering how popular and expensive chipotle is, as she was asked which location she worked at so viewers could call corporate with valid concern, she ended the live.

  I had not been to this location before but ordered through the website (not the app). Received an email confirmation of my order and tapped the directions link directly from the email. It took me over near the outlet mall, across the street from that Chipotle. Very frustrating when it’s 5:00 traffic. No phone number to even call for help in the email. Took 20 minutes to drive over to this Chipotle. Tried explaining the situation to the lady at the pick up window in hopes to spare someone else the same mix up. She said the person in front of me had the same issue and they’ve tried to fix it and there is nothing they can do. She was blaming it on the new Chipotle location down the road and not understanding that it took me over to SR 56. She told me I could call corporate, I said I’m not doing that. She finally half heartedly apologized. If it’s a known issue - pick up a phone and call the customers who place an online so they’re not driving all over Wesley Chapel. Or turn off online ordering until the issue is fixed. I’m already giving you my business, I’m not also fixing your IT issues.

  This place is so dirty. The guy doing the food had to be told to change very obvious dirty gloves. The work area is gross your food just being ran through just mess. Bag has food residue, bowl has food residue, cover has food residue. Honestly just gross.

  I had such a great experience picking up my order at Chipotle thanks to Haydei! My order was ready right on time, which I really appreciated, especially since I was on a tight schedule. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole interaction smooth and pleasant. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely seems to care about customer service, but Haydei definitely stood out. She made sure everything was correct and handled everything with such a positive attitude. Little things like that make a big difference. Thank you, Haydei, for going above and beyond you made my day a little better! 😊

  On March 12th 2026 at 9:50pm I went to pickup my order as any other day which I do regularly at this chipotle and as I went to the pickup counter to get my food and grabbed it there was a blonde short white employee who had an attitude cause I didn’t hear here trying to give my large cup. She said that it is “etiquete” to ask for your name on the pickup section so THEY can give you the food. Mind you I’ve been to multiple chipotles and I’ve never had this problem. Usually they either just leave the food on the pickup area and pick it up or they don’t have one at all and then you ask for your food. She was nodding as if I was trying to ignore here with an attitude just cause I grabbed my food like any other day while also there where other people picking up the food same time as me and she didn’t say nothing (Im black as well obviously). The staff at this chipotle is very racist and always have attitudes either picking up food or making orders. No professionalism at all. My wife also made an order before and she asked this same white girl short blonde for them to remake a previous order because they put sour cream on a bowl that wasn’t suppose to have that. She immediately got another person to assist her and first thing that employee said was “Hola” as if my wife was talking Spanish. Meanwhile she speaks perfect English. Someone from corporate should be looking into this staff cause this is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all and everybody should go to the location at the outlets instead of this one. Horrible.
