I work in st Pete so I have to leave the area at most 5:15pm. I ordered a bowl with a $5 tips for 5pm. I get there and i waited and nothing. I had to literally say something and ask one of them about my order at 516pm, and she yelled at someone in the back! Two orders came out and not mine. I left at 5:30pm to no order. I’m hungry because I haven’t eaten since yesterday, I’m pissed and now I’m late for work. Worst location ever. Never coming back

I visited this location once and quickly realized it would be my first and last time. Unfortunately, the overall customer service experience was disappointing. There was one staff member, a tall Caucasian young woman, who stood out in a positive way. She was very welcoming, friendly, and made an effort to greet everyone, which I truly appreciated.
However, the rest of the experience did not reflect that same level of care. The employee serving the food and the cashier were not very friendly or engaging. Additionally, the food bar appeared messy, with items being mixed together due to careless serving.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I believe feedback like this is important. I hope improvements are made, as great customer service and presentation go a long way.
In general, it’s a pleasant place. My recommendation is that when serving the food—especially in the bowls—they should be more careful. It seems like the food is being served without much care. The bowl looked like a real mess. This is the first time this has happened to me at a Chipotle.

Wow so this location is new and it’s off to a bad start. I ordered two bowls. One Chicken bowl and one stake bowl. Both bowls had hardly any protein and the amount given is smaller than the chipotle store a few blocks down.
And too top it off as I was leaving when I seen an employee taking the trash out with the same gloves my food was prepared with 🤮.
Like if the employees have a rotten attitude & the portions are all wack & the trash situation, how am i supposed to feel comfortable eating here. And like I can’t let my family & friends eat here and possibly get the same experience or even worse.
I get everyone has a bad day at work but you decided to work at this location. You have to do the job right… 🤷🏻♀️

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to formally report a disappointing experience at store #34120 in Wesley Chapel.
Today, around 4:30 PM, I placed an order that included chips. When I tried them, they were clearly stale, hard, and lacked the freshness that is normally expected. When I requested a replacement, I was told that all the chips had been made in the morning, which is unacceptable for a product that should be served fresh throughout the day. Additionally, no effort was made to offer a fresh batch or resolve the situation.
I also want to point out that the cashier, along with another employee and an additional staff member in the back, showed complete indifference when I expressed my concern about the chips. None of them appeared interested in helping or offering any solution, which reflects poor customer service.
Furthermore, I noticed that the counter area where food is served was not clean. The surface felt sticky and looked visibly dirty, which raises concerns about the store’s hygiene standards.
This experience is especially frustrating considering that the food is not inexpensive, and customers expect quality, freshness, and good service. Selling chips prepared in the morning during the late afternoon does not meet the standards expected from Chipotle.
I understand that issues can happen, but this location clearly needs improvement in food freshness, cleanliness, and customer service.
