Madison the worker was very nice and had the drink fixed but went to 2 managers to give us something extra for the wait time and both said no very rudely and didn’t even look up to apologize. They need to learn Customer Service!!!!!!

Knock on the door just to pick the food and received no you have to go in the long line. Really! Now I’m later delivering the food and food is cold for the customer with water down drink. Bad service and system. I even asked if they could throw a cup in the trash away and he said no. I guess they want people to litter. 🤷🏻♀️ Inconvenience Bad service Bad customer service system
