  I can’t tell if the people working here actually care at all, but from my experience and the others here, it is not good. The service is a little slow, the kitchen is very small. But the portions are really bad. Barely any meet on my cheesesteak, no mushrooms and barely any peppers and onions. The large fry was more like a small, not sure how the small fry looks like. Overall, I would not recommend for a Philly cheesesteak. I ordered wings as well and those were surprisingly good.

  What a delicious lunch I had today from Charleys at the Shops at Wiregrass. Trying to be good and cut out bread. Check out what Hamada/ Mgr and Abby made for me. Yummy! I will definitely be going back again.

  The food was great, I love their lemonade flavors and the atmosphere was amazing. They had good music playing that had my family jamming and eating at the same time. We love this Charley’s!

  I’ve been to this store a few times. On previous visits the staff was very unprofessional with very loud music blaring on speakers. While it wasn’t the staff that drove me to write a review today, it was two other things. 1) My sandwich was made all wrong after being specific that I wanted chicken lettuce and mayo only. The clerk put it in right. Just wasn’t made right. Not such a huge deal. But, what is 2) these photos are clumps of black moldy dust that fell on my table during my meal. I looked up and the air vents are caked with it. These need desperate cleaning. Someone is going to catch Legionnaires Disease! I get that they are high, but it has to be done! There is a slight glare. Best I could get.

  had a great experience at Charley’s Philly Cheesesteaks at the Shops at Wiregrass. The restaurant was very clean and well kept, which immediately made a good impression. The food was fresh, hot, and the cheesesteak was delicious and everything tasted great. I also want to recognize the staff for their excellent service. Hamada was very welcoming and attentive to customers, making sure everyone was taken care of. Jules was also amazing and really stood out with great customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Overall, the combination of the clean environment, high quality food, and outstanding staff made this a really positive visit. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a good cheesesteak and great service.
