  I did an online order pickup and always check my food before leaving. My sandwich came with sourdough bread but one of the slices was not cut properly. It was almost like two pieces of shaved bread mended together. I was slightly disappointed because there was avocado in the sandwich which became messy quick. The cranberry chicken salad was really good and flavorful. My son ordered the cheddar broccoli bread bowl but the bread bowl was cold and wasn't dug out properly. I guess things are done differently now. Although the flavors never miss a beat, the container of Macaroni could be filled completely. The price we paid $8 for the cup to be filled halfway is unacceptable... like who you trying to save Macaroni for? The prices aren't matching the quality nor quantity anymore. Granted, it was 40 minutes before closing and they probably wanted to go home but Panera isn't cheap. Let's do better!

  The man who waited on me also prepared the orders. When I enters he was berating a coworker, came to take my order which I had to repeat 3 times. I ordered 3 items and shame on me for not checking the bag. He forgot to give me the cream cheese. If he's that next time I'll leave and go somewhere else.

  Went for a late lunch last week. Unacceptably dirty. Not busy at all. 15 empty tables already cleared of dishes by the customers, but only two were wiped down. Dirty napkins and silverware on the floor. This was overlooked many times by the passing employee collecting the dirty dishes that the customers had placed by the trash-bin cabinet. If this occurs again on my next visit, it will be my last.
