  Placed an order at 4:00 to be delivered at 6:45. Order didn’t arrive until 7:30. What is the point of choosing a delivery time.

  I don’t know if it’s just the store or the whole Papa John’s. We tried ordering their deals, which was make your own pizza for $6.99 and we put the bare minimum on the pizza. We add two pizzas in the cart that are supposed to be $6.99 each, and all of a sudden it says it will cost $33 with the added $5 delivery??? How is that even possible? Seriously do better. No one is going to buy it just because it’s already in the cart, they will simply choose a better place to get their pizza at.

  They were very bussy although they Had alot of employees waiting time was a little longer than normal . I did see they had alot of orders. Service I'm expert in guest service no thank you no Smile . No greeting. And quality was good except they fail in accuracy I order cheese breads. And they gave me small pizza instead I don't like the sauce that's why I order the cheese breads. Overall I give then a 3.

  First order time ordering. Looked at reviews, decided it was best to order carry out instead of delivery. Got to the store and there was pizza on the "fininshed" rack and nothing cooking. Only one employee was there and on the phone. She noticed me walk in so I figured a minute or two I would be out of there and back to listening to the football game!!! Nope. I was shocked that this employee has zero customer service acumen. I waited over 10 MINUTES WHILE THE EMPLOYEE TALKED ON THE PHONE AND TOUCHED HER FACE AND NOSE AREA SEVERAL TIMES WHILE TALKING LIKE SHE WAS NERVOUS. I was about to walk out after 5 minutes but I carried the disrespectful treatment this far, figured I would wait to tell everyone about my experience. I was concerned about food safety seeing the employee touch her "face and nose" area often. Then at just past the 11th minute she got off the phone, asked my name, handed me a barely warm pizza and walked off around the corner without making eye contact with me, the customer who she blew off and let stand there, alone, no line, just little old me waiting patiently. So I finally get my pizza, I missed the most exciting finish in football of the year, game over by the time I jumped in my vehicle. Get home, open up the cold pizza and it was the wrong damn pizza! How much worse could a restaurant perform? Whose ever pizza I did get it was loaded with extras and it did taste good even cold so I gave the food 3 stars. It's not the foods fault no one puts heart into the kitchen and appreciates customers the old fashioned way, like a honored guest at home is a good example of how I treated customers at my restaurant. Always try to make every customer feel special and appreciated by providing excellence and above and beyond service because your team should genuinely care about performance and making customers's smile not the time clock. I have never experienced treatment that disrespectful from a service oriented business like Papa John's. This was my first visit as I just moved into the Wellington area. If you decide to patronize I advise proceeding with caution.
