Woman apparently left him alone to deal with all the orders..he became bewildered and she became VERY NASTY when he went in the back to get her. Very inappropriate way to train anyone.. He was trying very hard to remain calm. She created an extremely hostile situation for the young boy she was supposedly training. It was appalling to me as a former business manager with training responsibilities.
