- HHHikerDec 28, 20251.0We arrived at this Wendy’s in Waldo Florida right at the change over from breakfast to lunch menu. We were patient to wait until they were ready to take lunch orders . We noticed that the parking lot was littered with trash, rest rooms were not clean and several people were waiting on their breakfast order to be completed. We over heard a lady say to an employee that “ she saw the person getting her order prepared used his bare hands on her son’s food , why was he not wearing glove? I could not hear the reply , but she asked to have the order made over. The employed did make the order over with no objection. While we were still waiting to place our order we noticed they were putting ground beef on the grill and beginning to start the lunch menu . My friend noticed a lady in the back handling hot food with her bare hands . She was dressed differently from the other employees . We decided we would leave and not order from this Wendy’s. I have to be honest, I USE to love Wendy’s and could always count on them for a good burger. The last three Wendy’s we have visited have not been good . This Wendy’s just made us realize how low Wendy’s has fallen . Sadly , we will not waste our time or money patronizing them again.
