  I stopped at this Wendy's while driving though Waldo on my way back to Jacksonville. It was remarkably busy for the day and time but it appeared there was an unexpected large group of people, and they handled it reasonably well. The food was a bit better than average for a Wendy's and everything else was pretty standard. I will stop in again if I'm driving through Waldo around lunch or dinner time.

  Justin, the young man who took our order at the front counter provided me and my family with exceptional, fast and quick service. He was such a pleasure to help us have an amazing experience with hot, fresh food.... With a genuine smile! Exceptional visit for our fam of five on my kiddos bday.... Ty Justin and crew!!! Keep it up!!

  When we arrived, most of the staff was sitting in the dining room chit chatting 😕 instead of working, though they were pleasant. Food served was not fresh.

  This Wendy's sucks! It was dirty with no soap in the ladies room. It was about 2 minutes until noon and they didn't have the tea set up. And for my to go order I got in my car and started down the road and found that my French fries were cold.

  We arrived at this Wendy’s in Waldo Florida right at the change over from breakfast to lunch menu. We were patient to wait until they were ready to take lunch orders . We noticed that the parking lot was littered with trash, rest rooms were not clean and several people were waiting on their breakfast order to be completed. We over heard a lady say to an employee that “ she saw the person getting her order prepared used his bare hands on her son’s food , why was he not wearing glove? I could not hear the reply , but she asked to have the order made over. The employed did make the order over with no objection. While we were still waiting to place our order we noticed they were putting ground beef on the grill and beginning to start the lunch menu . My friend noticed a lady in the back handling hot food with her bare hands . She was dressed differently from the other employees . We decided we would leave and not order from this Wendy’s. I have to be honest, I USE to love Wendy’s and could always count on them for a good burger. The last three Wendy’s we have visited have not been good . This Wendy’s just made us realize how low Wendy’s has fallen . Sadly , we will not waste our time or money patronizing them again.
