  Necesitaba dejar una reseña y quizás dar cinco estrellas sorprendería porque realmente me habían dado un mal servicio. Por tercera ocasión llevaba tres veces pidiendo pollos con arroz y frijoles, sin pechuga, porque no me gustan las pechugas. Cada vez que pedía la orden la pedía para llevar Muchas veces no tengo tiempo ni de bajarme del carro cada vez que llevaba a mi casa veía que el pollo venía pechugas. Por favor siempre pido no pechugas. Esta vez fui tarde salía del gimnasio y decidí revisar en el parqueo lo que me habían dado Efectivamente, de nuevo “pechugas “ Me bajé del carro y fui a quejarme, porque ya era la tercera vez. Para mí sorpresa la que me cobró, simplemente se burló por mi mal inglés de no pronunciar bien la palabra pechugas Lamentablemente querida amiga, necesitas usar espejuelo porque en el comprobante lo decía claro puede que yo haya dicho mal o incorrectamente la palabra pero en el comprobante claro se veía que decía no pechugas usted no leyó y su trabajo es leer bien la orden no criticarme por mi inglés pero esta vez voy a dar cinco estrellas, porque cuando el supervisor que hablaba español me atendió, no sólo reconoció el error de ellos, sino que me sirvió correctamente él, la comida, un gesto muy bonito de la parte de supervisión y no sólo de supervisión, sino que él como Jefe se tomó el trabajo de servir la comida, reconoció el error Y se disculpó, Aún no siendo culpa de él, sino de la Muchacha que cobró, no sé cómo una persona que se burla de otra persona, por no hablar inglés la tienen trabajando ahí Lamento no haber preguntado el nombre de nadie, pero si le sirve de referencia fue el jueves 2 de abril a las ocho de la noche, me imagino que con eso bastará Gracias, nuevamente. La administración de ese Pollo tropical, porque sabe poner en alto la marca pollo tropical y reconocer los errores de sus trabajadores y muchas gracias a ese gran supervisor

  My family and I have tried this location a few times since it’s closer to us but everytime the chicken is either over cooked or bloody. I understand it’s busy and want to serve the guest but safety should be 1st. Team needs Learn to prepare in advance for the rush to prevent having to rush the cooking process. This location is terrible

  I don't understand why the manager for this location won't allow substitution for chicken instead getting pork for the Caribbean Trio, not everyone one eat pork! It's against some of us religion and other Pollo tropical locations do the substitution! So the manager shouldn't be running the restaurant like its their own restaurant it should be the same rule for every location. The manager was an Haitian lady i can't remember her name when I asked why i couldn't do the substitution her response is " that's how it the meal comes" Which is a really not a good reason!

  I move away in 2009. I couldn't wait to come and eat after all this time. They are not the same. They were slow nobody had a since of urgency. They were giving out the wrong orders. People were waiting for the food for a long time. The pork was dry. The portion was so small I took two bites and it was gone. The chicken was also dry. The salsa is not made fresh anymore. The salsa tastes like it's from a bottle or a can. I was very disappointed

  I came in with my family to eat and found not 1 but 3 pieces of our chicken raw as in blood gushing out. My sister when and asked for new ones but instead they recooked those pieces again we asked for new ones yet they refused and I find that disgusting on how they recooked it again don’t they know about bacteria?!!! Because it was raw the first time, we need a completely new order. Re-cooking the same pieces isn’t safe or acceptable. Not only that but the staff were completely rude and dismissive. I went to ask for a to-go box and this staff literally looked me in the eye and straight up said “I don’t know can you?” With such attitude. Mind you I asked politely. I don’t understand how is asking for a box so hard that you had to make this remark I was upset with this response. Honestly this isn’t even the first time this has happened, and I don’t understand why this attitude when it’s just bare minimum standards. There needs to be better training on handling situations like this. But overall never eating here again.
