I went to the employee at the window named Promise and she informed me I was not the first customer to make that complaint to her today and she would let her manager know, I could hear the manager say she did not care and to continue on, Promise tried to the best of her ability to make it right but she could only do so much when the manager is allowing other employees to disrespect customers in Spanish and take NO accountability. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
