Only positive part of our experience was the Mozz sticks. Wings dry and not even hot, warm at best. Other employee who took our order just pointed at the screen when we asked questions. First & last time here.

Then once I got my food it had 2 long pieces of hair in my food, so I proceeded to go back to have another cheesesteak made & now here I am with horrible food poisoning feeling like I’m literally going to die…don’t come here they suck so bad and it’s sucks because I love Charley’s. They definitely lost a loyal customer I’ll never eat this garbage again. The presentation of the food sucks too. Please do not eat here.

- WBwilson brownFeb 3, 20232.0I came here after I was done shopping at Walmart and I don't necessarily like my choice. I got the 4 boneless chicken and fries kids meal. I also got the steak kids meal. Even before I ate they charged me 60¢ for the ranch and put no sauce before it. It took 30 minutes to get all of our food and they made it wrong twice. They chicken was really dry but the fries were okay. The cheesesteak was pretty good and the fries were fresh which is the reason this deserves a two stars. I would definitely not come here again only if I really need to eat something.
