  I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this Taco Bell location on April 7, 2026. I placed an order totaling around $30 for multiple combo meals. Right away there were several issues — items were missing (two tacos), the fruit punch tasted off, and no sauces were included. I also made a simple request to have the meals bagged separately for kids, which was refused. After realizing items were missing, I drove back about 8 minutes out of my way. Although staff confirmed the missing items, the situation quickly escalated due to poor customer service. I was spoken to with attitude and later profanity by an employee. To make matters worse, a dirty receipt (which had been in the trash) was placed inside a food bag. When I asked for the food to be remade due to sanitation concerns, it was refused. A proper refund was also not handled correctly at first, and I was even refused my receipt at one point. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and instead of resolving a simple mistake, law enforcement was called and I was issued a trespass warning. I will say I became frustrated during the situation, but this does not excuse the lack of professionalism, poor hygiene practices, and refusal to properly fix a clear mistake. This location seriously needs better management, customer service training, and basic attention to food safety. I would strongly advise others to double-check their orders before leaving.

  Oh my what a beautiful establishment the bathrooms are so clean compared to any Taco Bell that I’ve been and the customer service is excellent especially with Lawren the girl who took the order was especially sweet and made my experience amazing would be coming back

  I came here and spent 50$ in food, doesn’t even matter the amount but one of the items was a steak grilled cheese burrito and it was barely any steak in it and I always order this from other Taco Bell’s and it’s was just rice and cheese in it and barely steak, it was like find Waldo. And the nacho cheese fries were not fresh and I ordered Doritos los tacos supreme extra sour cream and there was barely and sour cream let alone extra. The nacho fries weren’t fresh. Would never come here again. Just bc it’s fast food don’t mean quality should lack.

  The drive thru workers are consistently very friendly and efficient around lunch time during the week.

  Stay far away from this Taco Bell 1070 US1 Vero Beach Florida night crew is lazy as my family has been in this state since 1785 and is one of the oldest families in the state of Florida everybody boycott this Taco Bell location if you don't want to help customers and take their order then you need to go somewhere else and work
