  They sent me french fries that had obviously been way over cooked. The burger was so greasy it saturated the bun, container, and bag. This place has the sorriest employees...they knew they were sending me trash, still did it.

  Order on the machine because they dont do anything but stand in back just talking and standing gave my coworker her food first because she used credit card I used cash so I had to wait until they got someone else's order to front because I called them to pay but they just looked at me and kept talking so my coworker sat to eat while I stood waiting for my food when I only get a 30 minute break then I got my meal with coke but didnt get the coke when I asked she got an attitude with me saying I ain't got to be rude well waiting this long on a fast food burger meal to not get my coke and have an issue with me because you all ignore me for me to pay so my coworker food cold because she waited for my food my 30 minutes went and now I know why I go to Burger King will never be back here and I will let everyone know how this fast food place runs and how rude the staff is. Cleanliness is a joke been here twice and tables and floors are always dirty worse place to go for what we paid I could of gone to sonnys and got food that isnt processed

  I think the kiosk is a little difficult to maneuver around. It took me about 6 minutes to put my order in but it took me another 15 minutes to get it. It was busy. Seems that everywhere you go there's not enough help. Cutting corners for cost I guess is what we're doing.

  i ordered just a sweet tea at 7:00 on the dot and didn’t walk out with it until 7:35. unbelievable. nobody is ever at the front to tend to anybody which results into multiple people waiting. they see you waiting at the front and never come to you.
