- DMDenny M3 days ago5.0We had the best of experiences we',ve had in awhile . We first stated to go to McDonald's. They were slow to take our order and acted bored. Me, liking to rate when I get my food found a sign up saying no video or recording allowed. I wanted to order a rib sandwich. After waiting for someone to show up to take my order I was informed they didn't have them anymore. We'll, my wife and I decided to go to Wendy's in the same plaza instead. What a difference! Wendy's was clean. We were welcomed immediately by two different employees. Our order was quickly taken and our food was to us in a few minutes. It was fresh tasting and appetizing. Really a yum. It was a very good feeling and we'll be back many times more with Wendy's as our first choice. By the way they did not mind if I took pictures of my food, but it looked so good I dug in as soon as I got it. My wife had the Cobb salad and me , the Biggie Bag double stack. They were delicious as were the hot no salt fries. McDonalds lost another customer and Wendy's gained two. It was a very pleasant meal. My compliments to the people working Wendy's Friday, January 9th 2026. You're a great crew. If I had a business I'd hire you immediately. Denny

The nighttime staff are the epitome of customer service. These ladies ALWAYS make you feel like family and and always accommodating. Their customer service is amazing and I'll go out of my way just to see this team. Thank you night crew and keep up he great work 💪 👩 💅
