Because JUST MAYBE they have a severe tomato allergy. Not even mentioning the fact she asked for a regular soft taco instead of a chalupa in her Luxe box, she just asked for NO TOMATO and instead y'all decided to be rude and now she is super sick because of her food allergy. If you're reading this review, don't try calling this establishment either. Apparently they can't hear you on the phone.

The service is fast, the employees are always very friendly, and my order has always been spot on. I’ve only used the drive-thru but the outside has never been littered with garbage but kept nice and clean.
