Half our food was missing and wrong. We ordered 3 Dr peppers and a Diet Coke. And they gave us a unsweetened tea and 2 Dr peppers.
The service was horrible, the employees are lazy and didnt want to fix our order when we told them it was wrong. You also couldn’t understand person talking on the mic, it was loud and almost broken.
The food- it was awful. Chewy and cold. I felt sick taking one bite.
This is my first time in Florida and I had high expectations for this McDonalds. Do not get your food here.

The worst experience ever.
An absolute display of unprofessionalism, irresponsibility, and complete indifference.
I was there with my husband and mother-in-law. We had placed our order, and while I was standing by the table, my mother-in-law was sitting on the bench. An employee came over with a tray, and as he was setting it down, a cup of coffee tipped over. The lid flew off completely, and half of a large cup of extremely hot, boiling coffee spilled all over my mother-in-law’s legs and hands.
All the employee did was turn to me, say “sorry” with zero emotion, and hand us some napkins. That’s it. No concern, no reaction, absolutely nothing.
While my husband was trying to find a manager to ask for a first-aid kit, I was helping my mother-in-law remove the burning hot clothes. We ended up deciding to go to a pharmacy because no help was offered at all.
While my husband drove my mother-in-law to get first aid, I found out there was no manager on site. I could barely get any employee to talk to me, and eventually someone handed me a form to fill out.
No first-aid kit. No medical help. Nothing.
And on top of that—no one even offered to remake the coffee. I had to tell the staff myself that they needed to clean the table and redo the order because everything got cold while we were dealing with this emergency. We even had to move to another table because no one bothered to clean the mess.
A few days later, someone called me (I left my number because my mother-in-law doesn’t speak the language well). We scheduled a call for the evening when she would be with me. Nobody called. I tried calling myself—nothing.
To this day, no one has done anything about this situation, and it’s terrifying to realize that if something happens to you, no one will help you.
And by the way—this happened during our vacation, right around both my birthday and my mother-in-law’s birthday. In the end, she ended up with a minor burn on her leg.
