  On March 14th 2026 at 9:30 pm I set in the drive-thru for 40 minutes. I don't know why these people showed up to work tonight. Definitely not coming back to this McDonald's. And of course the large fries 🍟 aren't even full. Never again and this is exactly why I eat at home. No good Customer services these days!

  I ordered 3 Mc chicken value meals and they left 1 chicken sandwich out and a chicken nugget out. Im too far to drive back so I loose. I'll never buy here again. This is as basic as you can get and they cant get it right.

  don't bother using curbside they never bring the food out. ordered with the app. say at curbside for 10 minutes had to walk inside and was yelled at by the employees. trash place. don't waste your time go somewhere else. we cancelled the order.

  I hate that I even have to give this store 1 star. The employees are rude and look like they crawled out of the garbage. They don't fulfill orders -- you'll wait in the drive thru for a half hour at the BARE minimum ... and don't even bother trying to use Uber Eats or DoorDash because they just ignore the order completely until you cancel. The store needs to be shut down entirely and replaced with a new building, staff, and environment --- and sprayed for bugs.

  I do not recommend this location for multiple reasons! 1 .)most of the staff ignores you when you come up to the counter then when they acknowledge you it's like your a big bother to them. 2.) They are very rude and do not have proper customer service skills. 3.)they make you order on the kiosk when you want to place an order because they are too lazy too help the customer 4.)when you have an issue with the kiosk and you send it to the counter to have it fixed they take there sweet time to help you and give you attitude while you are trying to explain what happened on the kiosk . Overall we have only had less than a handful of employees that this does not apply too they were very helpful and respected the customer two of the best are Brian and Nicole. We were frequent customers going 4-5 times a week . I hope they do something about this because I know we were not the only upset customer today and many other days in the past .
