  We recently visited this new(ish) location one morning prior to school drop off and I was SO impressed. The donuts were delicious - no surprise. The atmosphere is clean and stylish - our usual location is not. The staff was so friendly and smiley - our usual location's staff are miserable, fairly rude and appear grumpy. I'm sad that this location is out of the way for us normally, it'd be our regular spot.

  If I could give the service a zero I really would. I waited for my mobile order for 30 minutes while the employees were in the back arguing over who was going to make the drinks. The mobile orders were piled up on the counter and not being checked, only after I finally got someone’s attention and insisted they made my drink did it actually happen. This is a terrible location made terrible by the staff, figure it out or you will loose all customers!

  I ordered medium Cappuccino.. i got like a shot of a drink and 2/3 the cup foam .. i requested more milk to be added .. The lady told me i will put cold milk for you !!!! Sucks

  It really annoys me when I put in a mobile order for a bagel and cream cheese, intentionally don't check the box to put the cream cheese on the side, and still have them hand me a bagel without the cream cheese on it. To make matters worse they gave me a fork to spread my cream cheese and neglected to give me a napkin to clean up the mess I made trying to spread cream cheese with a fork on the bagel while I'm in the car. Definitely a first world problem but it irritates me when staff don't follow thier own company written instructions.

  Joyleecia very sweet I need to honestly see that she’s trying to run the business by herself. The other associate working with her was on her phone, not even helping her and the fact that there is a line down the side of the building for a drive-through and customers in the business. This is not professional whatsoever and the fact that Me and my partner ordered our food at 12:38 it’s the 1/2 hour and we still have not received our food. And there’s multiple different customers coming in and out of the establishment receiving their food while we are still sitting here I have not received our food. The fact that there’s an associate on the counter right, smacking the counter telling the man in front of her to pay and hurry up and give her the money. It’s very disrespectful. If I was a manager fired immediately, especially being a manager in food and beverage myself, this is not very professional whatsoever. The fact that I asked to speak to a manager, and there’s not even a manager in the building, blows my mind and I asked for the district manager’s number and I understand they’re not allowed to give the district manager’s phone number. But there should always be a manager in the building, especially if something like this is happening. I definitely would like someone to reach back out to me regarding this matter
