  Roaches...they quite literally exploded from the bag. I couldn't even count how many there was after I dropped it. If you like brown roaches for rice and black ones for beans...be my guest. My friends and I were so shocked we didn't even record it. Disgusting just Disgusting is all I got to say.

  I’ve been to multiple Chipotle locations, including the one in Melbourne, and the difference here was honestly shocking. I ordered a basic chicken bowl (rice and beans only) with a small drink—nothing extra, nothing special—and somehow the total was almost $14. The same exact meal costs around $10 at another Chipotle nearby. Same food, same portions, same brand. There’s no justification for that kind of price jump other than charging more just because of the location, and it feels like straight-up price gouging. What made it worse was the customer service. The staff was rude, disengaged, and seemed uncomfortable even answering basic questions. No eye contact, no explanation, no attempt to be helpful—just an awkward, dismissive vibe the entire time. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether customers were there or not. If you’re going to charge significantly more for the same food, the service should at least be better, not worse. Between the inflated prices and poor attitude, this location is an easy one to avoid. I won’t be back.

  This is how my food came!! Clumped together & wrapped in foil!! TERRIBLE!! You should issue me a REFUND for this SHIT!! This cost $15!!

  The manager clearly charged us for guac which we didn’t order. So we took the guac, then realized she charged us for steak but we got chicken. Went back to the counter she said she would refund so I went back to my meal. She walked over said she needed my card to refund and charge again, I said it’s ok don’t worry about it and she said it wasn’t her fault that the bowl top was marked wrong. I showed her the bowl it clearly says “C”. Shame
