- HHHeidiFeb 11, 20261.0Manager staff extremely rude. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese wrap and iced tea . They gave me 1/4 of an egg and one piece of bacon half of a half of one piece of bacon and no cheese. I went in to show them not only looked gross egg looked not right I said could you please give me one with an actual egg and two pieces of bacon. Manager was very defensive said that's how it comes and was touching all over it and said there two pieces of bacon I said no just one I showed it to the cashier...they went to back had someone else come out she gave me dirty look and just handed me another one. Other customers saw and were like wow how rude. I said I know. I just lost 7.00. I said keep it. They didn't offer a refund or anything and acted like they were bothered. Inconvienced.. horrible staff, dirty in there, and long wait time. I never leave Google reviews.. However, if I was the owner I would get new manager and staff. That staff will hurt his business. Terrible definitely won't go back there. I been to so many DD in my life never ever that kind of service. Never ever have I ever left a Google review. This felt necessary. I work hard for my money and just lost 7.00 now gotta go somewhere else.
