  This has been my go-to location since it is 1 mile from home, but the service has significantly declined. 4x in the past 2 weeks I have driven off after waiting 4 minutes to even be greeted in the drive thru line. Two of these times there was only one car parked in front of the store and no one else in the drive thru line. The service was slower during morning rush before but since opening after the remodel service is always slow. There are only 2, maybe 3 employees that really try to engage and connect with you anymore. I wish I could give more details for this review, but this is one of those visits where I left without being greeted again.

  Slowest Dunkin Drive Thru . Server was holding food and making me wait while telling others to do stocking. Sat I. Drive thru for 15 minutes line just grew and grew

  Very nice, friendly, cheerful, personable staff and the food/drinks are always fresh and tasty. Drive thru is great too!
