- CCCE6 days ago1.0I paid $30 for three iced coffees (one I didn’t order) and three bacon, egg, and cheese croissants that were all burned. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused and said only the director could issue refunds, suggesting I keep the food and drinks for two days until the director returned. Both the manager and another employee immediately became defensive when I pointed out the sandwiches were burned. Corporate should review the management at this location there are clear issues. There was no sign posted anywhere stating No Refunds. The situation also raises concerns about whether anyone on site is properly trained in food safety or customer service.

- DEDearrow EllisMar 15, 20261.0As a regular customer, I’ve noticed that the midshift at Dunkin’ Donuts tends to be extremely slow, and it often seems like the employees don’t have enough help. Many times there are only one or two workers trying to handle everything—from taking orders to making drinks and food, and even managing the drive-thru. It looks very overwhelming for them. Because there’s so little staff during this time, the wait can be much longer than expected. The employees seem to be working hard, but it’s clear they could really use more support during midshift. Having a few more team members scheduled would likely make a big difference in speed and overall customer experience.

Asked what type of hot coffees they had or if they had a menu that I could order from. Was told that they do not give menus for coffee. I then responded with. How do I know what flavors you have? I was told to look at the screen and order what's on the screen which only showed cold coffees. Turned around and walked out without a purchase of coffee.
